USPS has confirmed they’re actively working on this issue.

We’re continuing to monitor and will share another update as soon as we have more information.

Investigating

We’re currently seeing USPS Ship errors that are preventing rates from loading and labels from being created.

Our team has escalated this with USPS API Support and are awaiting a resolution.
